4/25/2024   Right of First Refusal Capacity PE-99-0167

The capacity information listed below is posted in accordance with Section 7.2(b)(ii) and (iii) of the General Terms and Conditions of Panhandle’s FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1.  The capacity between the specified receipt and delivery points is now available for bid.  In accordance with Section 7.1(b) of the General Terms and Conditions, bids will be evaluated and ranked based on the greatest economic value.  Panhandle may consider the aggregate economic value of two or more bids, either from the same or different entities, for bid packages.  Panhandle reserves the right to reject contingent bids.  Panhandle has the right but not the obligation to clarify and finalize bids containing non-specific delivery meters.  Panhandle will consider alternate routes other than the existing routes for this capacity; however, any such submission is subject to available capacity.  Bids will be accepted through 5:00 pm CCT on June 10, 2024.  All bids are considered binding and subject to prorated quantities.  A bid form is available for your Convenience at Panhandle Right of First Refusal Bid Form.
